Courthouse List
MortgageDM provides access to live mortgage data captured at the County Courthouse level. Files are updated weekly, so all recent refinances are removed.  Choose from any standard selections all within the base rate of 8¢ per record:

- Loan Amount (1st & 2nd) 
- Loan Date (1st & 2nd) 
- Loan Type - Conventional, FHA or VA (1st & 2nd)
- Loan Rate Type - Fixed or Variable (ARM) 
- Total Mortgage Amount (all in household)
- Estimated Home Value
- Lender Name (1st & 2nd)
- Lender Type - Select subprime* or omit subprime
- Dwelling type (single or multi_
- Interest Rate (prevailing rate at date of loan)
- Purchase Amount
- Purchase Date
- Age of Head of Household
- Telephone Numbers (where available; SAN required) - 2¢ additional

Cost on County Courthouse names is $0.08 per record, with a minimum order of 1,000 records.  You must purchase 1,000 or more names at a time, but you are not required to mail them at one time; mail quantity minimum is 250 units per wave.  
 

FHA & VA Credit Bureau-Derived Lists 
To increase the number of FHA & VA prospects that you can select in your area, try our credit bureau-derived list.  It can increase your counts by 25% to 50% - by adding names that do not show up in the county courthouse list as an FHA or VA loan.  For more information, click HERE. 

Pre-Approved Lists 
Mailing a pre-approved offer is the ideal way to deal exclusively with serious loan candidates.  Minimum quantity on Pre-Approved lists is 5,000 names.  For more information, click HERE.
